How it works
Worry Free Plastics™ harnesses the power of Regenerative depolymerization to allow plastic waste to be bio-assimilated as a natural food source for microbes and mycelium to be completely consumed and converted back into humus in terrestrial, marine, and landfill environments, all in fewer than 5 years. Our technology has been proven by Recyclass to not change the recyclability of any product, ensuring that they can be effectively used, collected, reused, and recycled without the depolymerization being activated.
After a product's useful life, Worry Free Plastics™-enabled material begins to Regenerate in any environment. Our Worry Free Plastics™ technology allows microcision (like tiny scissors cutting) of carbon-to-carbon bonds within the polymer molecules, transforming it from hydrophobic (repelling water) to hydrophilic (allowing water to penetrate). This process allows microbes and mycelium to consume the carbon bonds as a food source and convert them into nutrient-rich soil (humus) that captures carbon (CO2). This is the same process that the most eco-friendly bio-plastics experience, so Worry Free Plastics™ breakthrough technology allows all pastics, synthetic rubber, foams, and adhesives to benefit from the same natural, eco-friendly, and regenerative process that is good for the planet and doesn't result in harmful microplastics.
